Who We are
We started as lovers of beer, and those who gave our time in service of others. We remain committed to those traits as brewery owners and brewers. Our Mission will be threefold: Community First, Service & Sacrifice, and Simplicity. We will continue to service our community as first responders, as well as provide a space to relax, share a story, and a pint (or 2).
What we value
Great beer, and good conversation. For hundreds of years, beer has brought us together. While we certainly are not the inventors, we work hard to perfect our craft, and strive to provide a product that might spark you to try something different, or keep you coming back for your favorites.

From the Military, to Fire Fighter, to EMT, to Emergency Dispatch…David has dedicated his life in service of others, and is ready to add Brewer and Owner of the first Brewery in Wayne County to brew in-house to his resume!
When did your love of beer start?
“Beer brings people together for good times, conversation, and socializing. Thats what I’m in it for, and what drew me to the craft!”
Favorite beer/pizza combo?
“Meat lovers pizza with an easy drinking lager or blonde ale.”

customer service. You’ll find Colleen at front of house serving up beers and keeping the team organized!
When did your love of beer start?
“I hated Standard beer…but loved a nice glass of wine. A friend introduced me to craft beer and I realized quickly that like wine, there is a beer for every pallet! I quickly fell in love with NE style IPA's. My favorite brewery is Singlecut.”
Favorite beer/pizza combo?
“Hawaiian pizza and refreshing IPA.”
